YINGQI is committed to providing high-quality OEM & ODM manufacturing services. This policy explains our return and refund procedures.

OEM Products

Because OEM and customized products are manufactured according to customer specifications, they are generally non-returnable once production has begun.

Quality Issues

If products are found to have manufacturing defects, customers should notify us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Please provide:

• Photos
• Videos
• Quantity affected
• Detailed description

Inspection

Our quality team will investigate the reported issue and communicate with the customer to determine an appropriate solution.

Replacement or Compensation

For confirmed manufacturing defects, YINGQI may provide:

• Product replacement
• Credit note
• Partial compensation
• Other mutually agreed solutions

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Customer design changes
• Incorrect ordering
• Damage caused by improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
